Welch Plastics views technology as part of a strategic imperative for us to differentiate ourselves from the ordinary Fabrication companies and also to position ourselves to be able to fufill our customers ever changing requirements. By investing in the technologicly advanced equipment that we have, we fell strongly that we can deliver the best quality, at a good price with a faster turnaround than anyone else in our industry. Below is a list of our Hardware & Software we have in house.
Software Tools
- We have multiple workstations for design and use Adobe Illustrator, Corel and a proprietary 3D capable CAD tool for designing the items our customers ask us to fabricate for them.
Hardware Tools
- Laser – We have the Largest Laser cutting table in the State, and can accommodate cutting material up to 75” x 124”. We can cut acrylic up to 1” thick in a single pass. This laser is what we use for etching on plastic as well.
- CNC – We have a 2-1/2D CNC Router table with a 48” x 96” bed for cutting materials up to 4” thick.
